The client is a US-based specialty finance company that works closely with dealer partners to offer financing solutions. A large part of their growth depends on how fast and accurately they can onboard new dealers. As their dealer network expanded nationwide, their internal teams were under pressure to maintain compliance, reduce risk, and still deliver a smooth onboarding experience. Leadership knew that manual processes would not scale and started looking for a technology-led transformation.

Project Brief

The goal was to connect Salesforce, where dealer applications begin, with LendFoundry, a SaaS platform for the digital lending lifecycle where verification and decisioning happen without slowing down underwriters or increasing operational risk. This project focused on speed, accuracy, and scalability, while keeping compliance front and center.
