The client partnered with Sigma Infosolutions to design and build an AI-powered district operations agent that transforms how school administrators manage reporting, compliance, and performance monitoring.
The solution was designed to:
- Ingest and unify data from multiple district systems (SIS and others)
- Translate natural-language queries into structured, ready-to-use outputs
- Automate administrative workflows such as compliance reporting and board reporting
- Provide real-time visibility into both operational and academic performance
A key requirement was to eliminate manual processes, such as data exports, reconciliation, and report preparation—while ensuring outputs remained accurate, auditable, and aligned with district and state requirements.
