Operationalizing Structured Intervention Through Tiered Student Support
Client Organization
A product-focused software company building AI-driven solutions for the education sector partnered with Sigma Infosolutions to address a critical gap in student support execution.
While existing systems and analytics could surface early indicators of student risk, there was no structured way to translate those insights into consistent, trackable intervention strategies across schools.
The client’s priority was to operationalize how support is delivered, ensuring that interventions are not only identified but also prioritized, standardized, and measurable across institutions.
Project Brief
As part of a larger AI-powered district operations platform, the client engaged Sigma Infosolutions to design and implement a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework that could translate student risk insights into structured, actionable intervention strategies.
The objective was to move beyond identification and enable execution by:
- Translating risk signals into clearly defined support tiers
- Enabling educators to prioritize interventions based on severity
- Standardizing intervention workflows across institutions
- Embedding accountability into the support lifecycle
This capability needed to integrate seamlessly into the broader intelligence layer, leveraging unified data while supporting real-time decision-making.
